Ryerson University issued the following announcement on April 12.
The Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic, invites the Ryerson community to learn more about the proposed law school program during an upcoming town hall, to be held on April 18 from 10-11 a.m. in TRS 3-129.
The town hall will explain the current plans for the common law degree program, which will see its first incoming class in September 2020.
Ryerson’s law school will provide students with a leading-edge, future-focused legal education. The program will focus on contemporary issues such as technology, equity, diversity and inclusion, and access to justice and social innovation.
