The Tenants First Project staff, along with members of the Tenants First Tenant Advisory Panel, will host two meetings for tenants of scattered housing in March 2018. 

These meetings are for tenants of the single family homes within the scattered housing portfolio.

The purpose of these meetings is to:

Inform tenants of the decision to issue a Request for Proposals to transfer single family homes currently operated by Toronto Community Housing to a non-profit provider

To involve tenants in setting expectations for how a new landlord will engage with tenants and respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance

To enable tenants to meet other tenants of scattered housing in their area
