The Brampton Real Estate Board will host a community barbecue next month featuring local vendors, games, prizes and family activities to help support the Ste. Louise Outreach Centre Food Bank.
The event will take place from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. July 13 at the parking lot at 60 Gillingham Drive in Brampton, according to a press release. All proceeds will benefit Ste. Louise Outreach, which supplies food and miscellaneous items to individuals and families in need.
The first 200 attendees to the event will receive a free yoga class and a $100 discount coupon for a yoga package at Innergy Corporate Yoga Inc.
The menu will feature Halal Jumbo Juicy Chicken Dogs for $2, pop and water for $1, vegetarian samosas for $1 and popcorn for $1. The King Cone Ice Cream truck will also be on hand and will donate 15 percent of its sales to Ste. Louise Outreach.
Vendors at the event include CAN, Amazing Chai Tea & Spice, Brampton Health Centre – Dr. Bakshi, Edible Promotions Inc., Enfleurage Organics – Certified Organic Body Care Products, RBC Insurance, RestoreFX GTA, Sanwiak Integrative Wellness Institute, Style My Space, Sun Life Financial, SweetLegs Erin with Brenna, The Mortgage Centre - Pauline Benevides, The Sauce Shack Inc. and Young Living Essential Oils.
