The Brampton Board of Trade will host a reception this week to honour 40 upcoming community leaders and professionals for the organization’s Top 40 Under 40 Awards.

The community is invited to help celebrate local professionals at the reception, which will take place June 21 at the Millennium Garden Convention Centre in Brampton, according to a press release. The event begins at 6 p.m. and runs until 9 p.m.

The Top 40 Under 40 Awards are designed to help recognize and inspire future community leaders, young entrepreneurs and professionals in the local community.

Tickets for the reception are $59 for members, $549 for a member group of 10 guests, $79 for future members and $749 for a future member group of 10.

The Brampton Board of Trade which was established nearly 130 years ago, is an organization of businesses from all areas which meet and share ideas for boosting the regional economy. Members focus on issues which businesses must face including encouraging growth and retaining and recruiting talent. Members represent a wide range of businesses from global corporations to entrepreneurs to small startup companies.
