Hudson’s Bay Co. (HBC), a global retail business group headquartered in Brampton, recently elected 11 directors to its board during the company’s annual shareholder meeting in Toronto.

New directors include Richard Baker, Robert Baker, David Leith, William Mack, Lee Neibart, Denise Pickett, Wayne Pommen, Earl Rotman, Matthew Rubel, Gerald Storch and Andrea Wong.

HBC’s high retail banners are located across North America and Europe and include Hudson’s Bay, Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue, Gilt Saks and OFF 5th, as well as its largest department store group in Germany, Galeria Kaufhof. The HBC group also includes Galeria INNO, which is Belgium’s only department store group, according to a press release.
