The Ontario Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its Evening with the Deputy Ministers event, which gives business leaders and community members a chance to meet and socialize with Ontario Public Service leaders.
The event, which will be held on June 12 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto, brings business and community stakeholders together for an evening of open dialogue and exchange of ideas, according to a press release. The evening features roundtables, each with a different deputy minister, allowing for table discussion and opinions to be exchanged. Twenty-eight deputy ministers have been invited to the event, and participants will be able to select a specific ministry to be seated with for the evening.
Registration is open for the event and can be completed at www.eventbrite.ca/e/2017-an-evening-with-the-deputy-ministers-registration-30889930614.
The chamber has been bringing together deputy ministers from across Ontario with business community leaders to open communication regarding public policy issues, the release said.
