Toronto-based Diamond and Diamond Lawyers has expanded its legal services today ranging from real estate to family law.
"It wasn't always our goal to move to full service," managing lawyer Jeremy Diamond said in a press release. "We listened to what our customer base was demanding and we noticed that many were intimidated by corporate law firms and daunting retainers."
While the firm has expanded to provide full legal services to their clients, it has set out to maintain its reputation as consumer-friendly. The new services will be offered on a flat fee basis, which will give clients a seamless legal experience as they purchase real estate, make a will, settle an estate or pursue an uncontested divorce.
"What has made us so successful in the personal injury space is our approachability," Diamond said. "We believe in access to justice for all our clients and we will continue to fight for them, regardless of which type of legal service they require."
The firm is also adding an office in Vancouver in June. The 30-year-old firm has grown from a single office in Toronto to 12 offices in Ontario in the last four years.
