Ste. Louise Outreach Centre of Peel serves individuals and families in need by providing food, personal products and clothing. Through the centre’s programs, baby items, Christmas toys and back to school supplies are also distributed to those in need.
Ste. Louise was founded in 1982 by Irene Baker, who would help families in need out of the basement in her home. The centre, which officially became established as a nonprofit in 1985, was named after the Roman Catholic St. Louise de Marillac who worked with St. Vincent de Paul and the Daughters of Charity to assist the poor.
BREB, which was established in 1995, has a membership of over 1,200 real estate professionals.
