4Tell Solutions recently launched new software designed to help commercial real estate firms meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) audits and compliance.
The new ADA Assessment Software gives commercial real estate firms whose properties fall under the ADA uses a step-by-step guide to collect user data and apply a checklist to ensure compliance. According to 4Tell, the date in the software is subjected to real-time QA/QC and provides corrective measures and a cost estimate to bring the user into compliance with the ADA.
4Tell CEO Jim Kavanagh said in a press release that the new software is an invaluable tool for commercial real estate firms whose failure to comply with the ADA can result in legal penalties and financial stress.
“CRE firms have a lot at stake when it comes to ADA compliance,” Kavanagh said. “Our ADA Assessment Software mitigates the risk of fines and lawsuits by facilitating robust, validated assessment audits to support compliance-focused planning.”
4Tell’s new ADA compliance software is currently the only one of its kind designed to help users identify any compliance issues and give recommendations and costs for meeting compliance.
