Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd. and Atlanta-based Innovolt recently partnered to advance tools in the electronic technology industry.
Innovolt CEO Jun Ho Son said in a press release that the partnership between the two companies will help bring innovation to both small and large workplaces. Innovolt provides power protection and analytics, and Sharp is a multifunctional printer manufacturer.
“We are excited at this opportunity to work with Sharp Canada to help achieve its vision of enhanced collaboration and innovation for workplaces of all kinds and sizes,” Ho Son said. “We are looking forward to helping Sharp Canada maintain its reputation for quality and reliability, as high availability of electronic technologies remains critical to driving and integrating this vision.”
The companies plan to combine Innovolt’s fleet-wide monitoring and analytics to provide Sharp’s service managers and technicians with information to quickly resolve issues.
“We are continually striving to augment customer satisfaction,” Sharp Electronics of Canada’s marketing director Rolland Manger said. “The application of power protection products in situations where the power is inconsistent and unbalanced can help reduce service calls, leading to improved customer satisfaction, while safeguarding their investment and valuable equipment."
