UpSnap Inc. is currently conducting a search to fill a seat on its board after board member Trish McLean announced her resignation.
“We would like to thank Trish for her time and dedication to UpSnap,” UpSnap CEO Bruce Howard said in a press release. “We wish her the best of luck moving forward and we have immediately commenced a search for her replacement.”
UpSnap, which is headquartered in Vancouver, provides mobile advertising and has a customer base of both large and small businesses. The company boasts AT&T, T-Mobile, Cablevision, The Home Depot, Budget, State Farm, McDonalds and Burger King as some of its customers.
UpSnap's management team, which is led by Howard, includes Alex Pekurar, chief financial officer; James Kupermik, vice president of operations; Heather Burrer, vice president and general counsel; and Greg Garrick, vice president of marketing and sales solutions.
The company’s primary markets include mobile web and app publishers, advertising agencies and mobile carriers.
